Job Details:Undertake pre-delivery inspections and modification on new machine.
Observes mechanical devices in operation according to manufacturer requirements &. Performs diagnostic procedures to locate causes of faults.
Installs & repairs electrical apparatus, such as EWP wiring and associated components. Including adjustment & repair of electronic components such as PCB control cards.
Calibrates equipment using electronic aids & procedures & programmable controllers.
Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.
Examines form and texture of parts to detect imperfections.
Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.
