Job Summary: Leading salary + benefits Monday - Friday role Customer service focus Our client is a leading global real estate agency managing a portfolio of retail and commercial assets nationally. Due to an internal restructure, we are seeking a Call Centre Team Leader to lead a team of 9 Call Centre professionals responsible for ensuring property and facilities management enquiries are successfully resolved with utmost client satisfaction. The role: As Team Leader, you will act as the liaison point between the Call Centre team and internal and external stakeholders. You will enhance the customer service focus within the team and manage escalated property and facility management enquiries. In addition, you will focus on continuous improvement within the team and manage reporting.
Job Details:The candidate:
To be successful in this role you will have a property or facilities management experience and call centre experience. You will be an individual who is passionate about delivering client satisfaction at all times and be able to guide the team accordingly. Additionally, you will come with exceptional communication and problem solving abilities.
