The position
Due to an internal promotion we have an exciting opportunity for a Support Desk Analyst to join the team at Cleanaway’s Head office. Reporting to the Service Desk Manager you will be part of a great team that provides personal, end to end service delivery to our growing business. This is an exciting time for Cleanaway’s IT team and this position will be responsible for the following:
Provide first and second level support
Provide a high level of customer service
Escalating incidents & requests
Logging all incidents and requests in Cleanaway’s service management system
Provide mobile phone and desktop support
Skills and experience
Tertiary qualification in Information Technology
Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Knowledge of service management systems
Knowledge of IT infrastructure library ITIL
Experience in support services
