Job Details:
Salesforce Consultants -
• Experience with full project lifecycle of Salesforce.com implementations and support
• Experience in working in different models – Waterfall, Agile, Scrum methodology
• Strong understanding of CRM and Salesforce.com from Sales, Service Cloud Implementation
• Strong Customer Facing with ability to conduct workshops for understand Customers requirements and pain points and replay them
• Should be capable of quickly mapping functional requirements with Salesforce product features and demonstrate
• Ability to translate requirements into User Stories with well-defined acceptance criteria and translate this to team
• Practical knowledge of process modeling, process mapping, conceptual and logical modelling, data dictionary, requirements modeling, business rules, decision tables, etc.
• Knowledge of UX aspects and how to collaborate with UX specialist, knowledge of User Centered Design process
• Design and Lead functional testing and ensure customer acceptability of the delivered solution
• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce product lines – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Chatter, Social Enterprise
• Should be able to manage & track scope effectively, document the change requests and deliver to the commitment
• Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Work with development team to build and with users for successful acceptance of application / product
• Has one or more of following certifications - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud and any of CPQ
