Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior UX Designer who will work within an agile multi-disciplinary Capability Delivery Team of Business Analysts, other UX/UI designers, Software Developers and Testers.
Job Details:
The Senior UX Designer is responsible for the UX design, development and enhancement of Digital Products with a primary focus on a critical public website(s).
Main duties of the role include:
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary agile delivery team to produce high fidelity designs and user experience.
Validate customer experience design, usability and flows through customer research, analytics insights and user experience best practice.
Act as a subject matter expert on interaction design and customer experience trends.
Lead customer testing and design thinking workshops.
