Job Summary: Senior Estimator required to take ownership our clients new estimating department

Job Details: Your new company
With exceptional financial backing, this realty business is diversifying into the construction industry. They have huge leverage from existing industry relationships and intend to grow exponentially over the next 3-5 years and beyond.

Your new role
Helping out the newly appointed Construction Manager you will do everything it takes to get this Construction Company up and running. There will be an urgent need to price some jobs and as you settle in you will be expected to assist in the set up of their chosen software DataBuild. There will also be external support whilst setting up this system. You will report to the Construction Manager who has a background in Estimating and also a hands on leader; he'd like this Estimator to be on site from time to time checking in on the progress of construction.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience working for a Home Builder in Sydney as a Production & Sales Estimator. You must also have experience using DataBuild and all the better if you have previously helped with the set up of an estimating software. Previous exposure to high rise construction would be an added bonus but not essential.

What you'll get in return
Renumeration will be dependant on skills and experience. Although initially you may not be paid over the market average, due to the nature of start ups, if and when you prove yourself the career progression and potential is huge. Our client intends to take over the Construction Industry in not only Sydney but across Australia.
