1Cover has a down-to-earth and open culture, with leaders willing to help you develop. We are looking for INBOUND sales & customer service consultants to join our vibrant, friendly call centre team. In this warm-sales environment you will call existing 1Cover customers and answer inbound calls from people wanting to buy right now. You will deliver exceptional customer service whilst securing the sale over the phone.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience in sales, ideally 1 year or more in retail or over the phone.
Excellent telephone and communication skills
A bubbly and positive personality with a can-do attitude.
A strong work ethic, taking pride in every call and in your attention to detail.
Natural motivation to deliver results and improve your performance
Pride in delivering solutions to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner, and delivering legendary customer service.
