The Recruitment Advisor will actively support quality recruitment activity within the LHD to meet workforce needs; working with managers, applicants and the electronic recruitment system to ensure smooth and efficient progress of recruitment episodes, within legislation, policy and industrial frameworks; while aiming for continual improvement.

Where you'll be working
Workforce and Culture Directorate – Recruitment Unit in Dubbo, a part of the Western NSW Local Health District.
To apply, please address the following Selection Criteria
Previous experience working in a recruitment environment for a large complex organisation, or a similar position in a shared services environment, working with an electronic recruitment system and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
High level organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Understanding and commitment to providing a quality customer service, including a responsive approach, responding to customer needs.
Demonstrated verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills including the capacity to successfully relate to all levels of staff within the organisation and external partners.
Demonstrated ability to work in a high volume and demanding environment with proven capacity to manage concurrent activities of a diverse nature.
Demonstrated ability to perform as an effective team member with capacity to be flexible, motivated and self-directed.
Demonstrated information technology skills, including proficiency with email communications, use of spreadsheets, databases and word processing applications.
Current licence to drive in NSW with the ability to drive for work purposes, including occasional overnight stays.
