We are seeking to appoint an experienced Receptionist to join our NSW/ACT business unit in our North Sydney office. Being the face of the Business Unit, you will have exceptional presentation and communication skills.
Duties include however not limited to:
Manage open/close of Reception
Welcome visitors and facilitate sign in/security
Manage Parking Permits/Coordinate with Corporate Facilities
Process Access cards Orders
Monitor the “travel inbox” and facilitate travel bookings for business unit staff
Issue staff parking passes and maintain register
Meeting room coordination including VC meetings
Update Security and Parking logs
Organise archiving
Manage and maintain mobile phone orders
Process internal/external Mail/Couriers
Cover for admin team members when required (Annual Leave or Sick Leave)
Minimum requirements for this role:
Recent reception or administrative experience in a similar position, ideally within a Corporate environment
Excellent organisational, planning and coordination skills
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
Proficient with MS Office
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
