We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic full-time receptionist on a temporary contract with possibility to transition into a permanent role, for a Communication Firm based in South Yarra.
Job Details:
You will pride yourself on your ability to be proactive, deal with stakeholders professionally and confidently and as the face of the company, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to the business.

Responsibilities could include:
Phone screening calls
Booking appointments
Diary Management
Liaise and follow up with clients as required
Filing (hard and soft copies)
Event planning
Organizing and booking complex travel bookings for staff and client
Responsible for "Front of House", meet and greet
Telephone reception
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Maintaining office supplies
Maintaining and managing meeting room set up and clean up
Other administration duties as required
