Responsibilities:
General reception duties
Answering and handling telephone queries and orders
General office and admin duties
Customer Service
Typing invoices
Handling all correspondence
Assisting our warehouse staff with orders
Assisting the office and marketing managers with events, reports, etc.
Job Details:
Abilities:
Microsoft Office / MYOB
At least three years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience in a busy, fast-paced Reception / Administration role
Experience with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator an advantage
The ability to prioritize and maintain attention to detail
Positive “can do” attitude
The ability to “upsell” is an advantage
