Homes are connected to a village square with shops, where residents can walk safely, share coffee or enjoy time out with family and friends.

Job Details: About you

As the Receptionist at Mercy Place, you will provide a welcoming and friendly presence to residents, staff, families and other visitors, both in person and on the phone. You will undertake a variety of administrative tasks and have excellent computer and customer service skills. You will support managers with ad hoc tasks when required and may assist in the grocer and to set up for events and activities when required. Above all you will be friendly and approachable, have a can-do attitude and a willingness to be flexible as matters arise during the day. You will likely have a background as an administrator or personal assistant. Short listed applicants may be invited to complete an initial video interview as part of the recruitment process.
