Our overarching mission is to enhance the lives of people with a disability by enabling opportunities for choice, inclusion and achievement at home, in the community, through education and training, and in employment.

Enhance Health Services is seeking a part time or full time experienced Psychologist to join our growing Allied Health team at our Bankstown location.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to work with mainly adolescent and adult clients within the disability sector in a supportive professional environment. We are offering an attractive remuneration package, including generous car allowance, negotiable depending upon experience.

Main Responsibilities:

Provide a range of psychological interventions using evidence based therapy
Conduct psychometric, behavioural and functional assessments
Development and implementation of Behaviour Support Plans
Complete a range of reports and provide valued recommendations
To be successful in this role you will have:

Relevant Psychology tertiary qualification and current registration with AHPRA
The ability to work effectively and independently as part of a professional team
A genuine interest in the disability sector
A current Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable car
Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer literacy skills
The willingness and interest to work within the disability sector (training will be provided on behaviour support)
Excellent time management skills
A valid Working with Children Check and be willing to undertake a National Police Check as part of the pre-employment checks
