Job Summary: Werribee VIC Part-time, Contract Fixed Term Part Time - 0.5 EFT 38 hours per fortnight The Clinical Psychologist is a senior member of the multidisciplinary team at the Community Care Units (CCU) and the Prevention and Recovery Care (PARC) service The main purpose of this role is to provide psychological assessment and treatment to clients in consultation with the multidisciplinary teams.

Job Details: ABOUT YOU:
Registered with AHPRA as a Psychologist with endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist.
Relevant post graduate qualification and AHPRA endorsement as a supervisor.
Demonstrated clinical competency in mental status and risk assessment and the ability to prioritise workload and coordinate clinical care.
Extensive post-graduate experience and a high level of expertise in the delivery of clinical psychology services to people with servere psychiatric illness and disability

Mercy Mental Health (South West Area Mental Health Service) is a public mental health service supporting people in south west metropolitan Melbourne with severe and complex mental illnesses by providing acute and community-based care. Services are available to adults through acute inpatient programs, residential rehabilitation programs and crisis and community recovery-focused treatment programs. We also deliver inpatient and community specialist perinatal mental health services to women and infants in western Victoria.
