Job Details: Metro North Hospital and Health Service is the biggest and most diverse Hospital and Health Service in Queensland, delivering the best care by the brightest healthcare professionals.
Two of our five hospitals – Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH) and The Prince Charles Hospital (TPCH) – are tertiary/quaternary referral hospitals, providing state-wide super specialty services, such as heart and lung transplantation and burns treatment. Redcliffe and Caboolture are major secondary hospitals, and Kilcoy is a regional community hospital.

About the Role

*
Deliver competent psychological services within a multidisciplinary team in accordance with the Professional Practice Standards and code of ethics.

*
Utilise core psychological skills within a case management model of service in line with Queensland Health Continuing Care Team Model of Service Delivery.

*
As experience builds, apply increasingly independent clinical judgement to more complex clinical decision making under the clinical practice supervision or professional guidance of the relevant senior staff members.

*
Provide psychology-specific assessments and interventions.

*
Provide input to the development of clinical practices, procedures and protocols for Psychology in Metro North Mental Health, RBWH.
