Your new role
As a Psychologist you will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager providing clinical assessments and behaviour support plans, conduct quality checks and provide peer support to caseworkers when needed. You will be required to provide direct support to complex and challenging situations. You will liaise with external stakeholders to build a community of networks and facilitate inclusion for service users. Not only will you manage your team you will be responsible for client management and operational processes.
What you'll need to succeed
Registration as a Psychologist through the Psychology Board Of Australia
Accredited to conduct relevant psychometric testing
Current NSW working with children’s check clearance for paid employment
Experience dealing with challenging behaviors
Current NSW drivers license
