Your new company
With over $500 million dollars of Government funding, an opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator has arisen in Giru for a project commencing ASAP until June 2021.
Your new role
The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the project managers, engineers and supervisors. Daily duties will involve but not be limited to;
Coordinating and managing travel requirements to and from site
Organising and managing accommodation, which involved data entry and keeping clear records.
Processing invoices for travel and accommodation
Raising and entering Purchase Orders regarding all staff on the project
Accounts Support including reporting and high volumes of data entry
Responsible for inputting data for cost of labour for the subcontractors and processing invoices for subcontractors
What you'll need to succeed
As this position is based in Giru, only local applicants or applicants will to travel to and from will be successful, as accommodation is not provided.
The role will require you to have previous experience as a project administrator, preferably in the construction industry. To complete the role successfully you will have some knowledge of civil construction and the type of projects they’re involved in. You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills and a high attention to detail as you will be cross checking work and ensuring the office is compliant. You will be technically minded to ensure seamless use of computers and the Microsoft suite.
You must be able to commit to up to 50 hours of work per week Monday to Friday for the 8-9 month project. These hours are negotiable dependent on candidate.
