We are inviting expressions of interest from processing leaders who can demonstrate: A successful track record in operational leadership roles; Experience with complex processing operations, including mills, concentrators and ancillary plant; Ability to create practical solutions to complex problems; and Ability to build rapport at all levels, communicating directly and simply.
Job Details:We encourage experienced processing managers or ambitious superintendents to apply. Your pedigree could be metallurgy, chemical, process or mechanical, but more important is your ability to lead operational and technical teams to ensure a safe, motivated and productive environment.
