Essential for the role
1. APRHA registration and required CPD points
2. Minimum 2 years recent nursing experience
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Efficient time management and multi-tasking ability
5. Well-developed triage/ assessment skills
6. Professional presentation and attitude
7. Proficient in electronic record keeping and computer skills
8.. Flexibility to work rostered hours
Desirable for the role
1. Immunisation certificate or current knowledge of the ACIR vaccinations
2. Strong care planning skills
3. Chronic disease management such as GFMP/ TCA's and Cycle of Cares
4. Practice nurse experience or enthusiasm to acquire necessary skills
5. Wound management, ECG, INR, Spirometry
