Job Summary: We are the market leading pet insurance company in Australia. We’re looking for passionate people to support our Pet Parents when they need it most, as Customer Service Heroes in our Inbound Call Centre.

Job Details: You’ll need to enjoy having genuine conversations with our customers (Pet Parents) and be awesome at building relationships – Pet Parents are the reason we’re here, after all!
You will thrive on giving the highest level of customer service
We’ll provide all the training you’ll need – the first two weeks will be spent in the classroom with our L&D Team
We’ll need you to be available to work Monday to Friday
Rotating roster with shifts range from 8am – 8pm for a 37.5-hour week
