An exciting opportunity exists for casuala Personal Support Worker to join the Arcare Brighton Team. You will be responsible for providing quality personal, social and emotional support to the Clients and their representatives in accordance with Arcare’s values.

Skills and Experience

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care or equivalent
Previous experience in working in aged care or in supporting a family member, friend or a member of the community (not essential)
Display a relationship centred approach to care
Possess a compassionate, caring and supportive nature
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
Integrity, reliable, professional, honest and strong work ethic
A natural ability in being thorough with effective record keeping skills
Understanding and ability to provide five-star customer service
Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
Computer proficient
