Job Summary: A personal Assistant is required to support the Head of Sales. This is a one to one role that will provide varied tasks including personal assistant duties and a small portion of sales assistant duties (this is not a sales role, rather assisting with administration tasks for sales).

Job Details: Duties:

Diary management
Liaising with clients
Uploading and updating client information on the CRM system
Book travel for the HOS and wider team
Complete expenses
Other administration tasks
Screen calls/take messages and act on behalf of the direct report where necessary
