Job Summary:
We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team, based in Sydney. Event Equipment organises exhibitions and events in major venues throughout Australia and internationally.
Job Details:
Maintain operational databases with accurate up-to- date information for all aspects of organising events including equipment, staff, vehicles and budget
Logistical planning and strategy from conception through to delivery
Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers
Working on simultaneous events throughout the year
Rostering Crew and maintain staffing levels
Inventory Management
Managing relationships with all stakeholders, including association management
Managing and providing guidance to Project Managers in the lead up to each event
Attendance onsite at all such events when where required
Sort, finalise and process timesheets and crew invoices on a weekly basis
