Job Summary: Your new role As an inbound Customer Service Banker you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and bringing your unique personality to every call. Your main responsibilities will include: First point of contact for a diverse customer base to resolve internet and phone banking enquires Resolving general banking and account enquires Directing customer calls to the correct business area Efficiently navigating through a variety of banking systems and tools You will be working on a rotating roster between the hours of 8am and 8pm.
