ROLE - Medical Receptionist
EMPLOYMENT - Permanent full-time
SCOPE:
· Manage in-bound customer queries via in-box, phone, fax and email
· Communicate Osana mission and model of care to drive patient enrolment
· Schedule appointments and liaise with care teams
· Greet patients at the clinic and organise patient flow
· Manage paper documents including clinical information using fax, scan and shredder
· Manage documents on shared folders and ensure privacy policy is followed by staff
· Ensure diligent follow-up on patient queries and support tracking of patient leads
· Take payments via EFTPOS, over phone and payment Apps plus issue invoices
SKILLS:
· Highly organised, energetic, efficient worker, keen to learn at a fast pace
· Excellent interpersonal skills, effective written and verbal communications
· IT savy – Proficient in Word templates/formatting, basic Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint. Experienced in using shared folders and online/mobile Apps
· Can-do attitude and able to own and solve problems
· Able to multi-task and work efficiently in a start-up environment
· Capacity to communicate new concepts succinctly and effectively
EXPERIENCE - Medical receptionist
TERMS - Salary package up to $55,000 per annum, Hours 8-4pm weekdays, Training and professional development opportunities included
