Key Criteria
Extensive experience leading Sales / Business Growth / Customer Experience teams to deliver improved results aligned to a defined strategic direction.
The ability to demonstrate value-add through the use of customer, acquisition and retention metrics at the senior leadership level.
Experience of using a CRM (ideally Salesforce but not essential) to efficiently deliver improved customer results via conversion and engagement Campaigns. Understands best practice linked to lead nurturing and enquiry management, constantly looking for ways to test and optimise.
Experience in using and leveraging analytics and insights to identify growth opportunities. Ensuring these opportunities identified are targeted for maximum return on investment.
Demonstrated experience managing vendors, contractors, consultants and staff.
Demonstrate extensive experience incorporating project and change management principles to achieve business outcomes including; defining project scope, business cases and proposals in an environment of distributed authority and autonomy, and implementing process change and technology across multiple business units.
You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry and Personal Excellence.
