This Role
The Leisure and Wellbeing Worker contributes as part of a small team to provide a Leisure and Wellbeing program to residential aged care clients in 4 separate units across Castlemaine Health site.
A broad range of group and individual activities are provided, that are responsive to residents needs and interests, and aim to improve their wellbeing across social, physical, emotional and psychological domains.
This position involves team work, engaging with the local community and working independently.
