Job Summary: Lawson Grains Pty Ltd purchased its first properties in 2012 and now owns and operates a diversified portfolio of large scale cropping farms across five regions of Australia. Within the regions of Northern NSW, Southern NSW, Central NSW, Northern WA and Southern WA, Lawson Grains is operating 10 property aggregations totalling approximately 88,200 arable hectares, with their primary goal being to operate a sustainable cropping business, achieving superior long term returns for the business owners and development and career progression for staff.

Job Details:

To be considered for this demanding but high profile position, you will ideally have a proven track record in:

• Managing a business in a corporate farming environment with strong community engagement


• Demonstrated experience in managing WHS&E systems and on ground implementation


• Tertiary qualifications in an agri related discipline


• Delivering performance across the business within a safe working environment


• Strategic thinking and financial acumen, identifying and analysing opportunities for growth and improvement


• Strong people leadership in a high performance and accountable operational environment
