Job Summary: We are looking to appoint an experienced General Manager to lead our concrete and aggregates business in SA/NT. You will need to have significant experience in the concrete and aggregate industry, in production and sales, together with a sound understanding of quarry management. You will be responsible for concrete and aggregates production, sales, logistics, new business development and credit risk. Reporting to the Executive General Manager, Concrete and Aggregates and part of the National Concrete and Aggregates Team, you will play a key role in the overall leadership in the Division. Job Details: Responsibilities

To understand and be aware of the requirements for the Chain of Responsibility (CoR) legislation, including understanding your role in the chain and comply with the business requirements for the CoR
Drive a strong work health and safety culture to ensure adherence with WHS regulations and requirements
Set the standards for operational and financial performance with Managers
Set clear expectations, mentor, coach and manage team performance against KPIs
Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure market needs are met and to develop growth opportunities
Create and drive business growth opportunities
