The Opportunity: Due to growth of the Dexus business a new and exciting opportunity now exists for a technically strong Finance Manager to join our dynamic and fast paced team.

The Role: Working closely with the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate accounting records, the preparation of management and statutory reports for Dexus’ unlisted Funds and their subsidiaries and proactively assist in identifying and driving process improvements, within the corporate finance space.

The Potential: We are looking for a technically strong candidate who is quite agile in their thinking style, enabling you to not only embrace change but also promote it. You will be CA/CPA qualified and come with 3 – 5 years’ experience in a Finance Manager role, ideally within the property industry. Over your career you will have developed a real knack for building relationships with your stakeholders, enabling you to diplomatically manage and influence at any level, with ease. Finally, you will have a real passion for process improvement projects and have demonstrated experience within this space.
