Job Summary: The role will involve influencing across several internal functions e.g. Business Development, Set Up/Transition, Technology Development and multiple Operation engagements within Managed Services.
Job Details:Liaise with the Transition Manager and provide operational input to IT Technology to ensure designed technical solutions are fit for operational purpose
Build core knowledge in Operations Support team during set up and shaping activities for each engagement in liaison with the Transition Manager
Manage client relationships in relation to Operations Support activities and produce required outputs for contractual Service Reviews and Incident reporting
Work with Head Of Operations and the Senior Leadership team to devise Operational Support Frameworks and then implement effectively across operations
Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership team responsible for driving the development of the Operations Target Operating Model
