Job Summary: This is not a traditional hotel style role and requires a common-sense approach to conflict resolution and Resident management.
Job Details: The Evening Duty Manager is responsible for the Village operations in the absence of senior management outside of business hours. The role will be rostered on a rotational basis and will include on average three overnight shifts a week and some weekend work.
