About the role:
The Education Administration Support role is responsible for supporting a Head Teacher and their delivery team with all administrative activities essential to the effective delivery of teaching and learning on a day to day basis.
The Educational Administration Support role will have a particular focus on coordinating and checking data in the student management system and managing a range of clients both internal and external as well as students. Applicants should have strong capabilities in working with technology and data and an excellent eye for detail and to high levels of accuracy. Working independently and to deadlines is a priority in this position.
To be successful in this role you must have:
Certificate III in relevant field or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
Demonstrated experience in the provision of high quality administrative support and ability to work with a range of complex administrative and corporate systems.
Demonstrated experience in developing systems and processes to support efficient operations.
The ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description
