Job Details:Development Senior Analyst
Role
Reporting into the GM of Development, you will take the lead in developing and scaling the development finance function for group's new portfolio of residential projects. This includes setting up systems, processes and will include a lot of commercial decision support not limited to building financial evaluation models, determining whether proposals and feasibility of transactions are financially sound and aligned to strategy, developing business cases, developing and maintaining the forecasting model and identifying risks in business strategy.
Person
You will be an ambitious CA, CPA or CIMA qualified Property Finance/Development/Manager with a high level of business partnering, project management and complex problem solving skills.
You would have partnered extensively with the development team and have 2-5 years experience in development finance.
You must have had exposure to development projects from feasibility to completion.
