Job Summary: Melbourne Western Suburbs VIC Contract $25,000 - $28,000 a year Customer Service Representative An opportunity has arisen for a customer service representative to join a well-established manufacturing company, based in Laverton North. Initially working on a 3-4 day basis with opportunity to go permanent.

Job Details: THE ROLE:


As the Customer Service Representative, you will be delivering exceptional customer service as well as supporting and working alongside your team. The focus will be on developing and maintaining relationships both internally and externally across the company network.

What will you be responsible for:

First point of contact for customers
Accurate and efficient order processing
Answering calls, providing effective and accurate service and information
Handling customer queries relating to stock, pricing, lead times and other matters
General administration duties
Update and maintain internal systems effectively
Liaising with the sales team

Your skills:

High customer focus and orientation
Strong Administration experience
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
Collaborative approach, motivating and supporting team
Ability to work effectively with key stakeholders - both internally and externally
High attention to detail
Computer Literacy with strong systems capability - Microsoft Office is a must
Experience within manufacturing/distribution would be desirable
