Job Summary: We currently have an exciting opportunity for someone with proven experience within customer service. This role will be heavily based on the phones, helping customers with any queries they may have and solving them. Ideally the candidate will have worked in a call centre dealing with all types of people who are different ages with different needs. This is a newly created role where you as the Customer Relationship Manager will be the go to person for all queries for the clients.
