Job Details:
Your responsibilities and what you’ll be doing:
Be the advocate for the customer in every internal conversation and enable our internal teams to better understand what our customers want and would improve their customer experience
Optimize and improve the customer journey, CRM platform, content creation, and the website design through interpreting data from our external IT platforms and communicating this to all internal customer teams (marketing, sales, client services, product, operations)
Liaise with outsourced IT customer platform providers to interpret data and suggest improvements
Works closely with and communicate external data with all internal customer teams (marketing, sales, client services, product, operations) to assist and empower decision making
Identify and define process flows and develop user stories
Drive and deliver customer project outcomes
