Are you looking to gain some experience in a fast-paced retail environment and work with one of the worlds most renowned sporting brands? If so, we have a number of exciting opportunities to join our team as a Christmas Casual Sales Specialist in our NIKE stores in Wollongong and Shellharbour.

The Role:

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will play a vital role in helping your store achieve sustainable sales growth through consistently delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience. You will exhibit and align yourself with RPG’s values; CARE, COACH, ENERGY, ACCOUNTABILITY and INNOVATE. As an ambassador of the brand, you will represent NIKE with a positive athletic spirit. Our goal is to be authentic, distinctive and connected in everything we do. It's not enough to just be present. You need to care, engage and educate our customers with your knowledge, passion and excellent service standards. Please note: Christmas Casuals will be required throughout the Festive Season from November 2019 to January 2020 so availability to work over this period is a must! Christmas Casuals that can demonstrate strong performance and success during this period will have the opportunity to apply for ongoing Sales Specialist positions in our stores where vacancies are available.
