Job Details: n conjunction with the Board, establish a corporate vision and implement a strategic business plan that will ensure sustainable growth within the Australian operations;
Provide strong leadership, management and direction to the team to ensure the achievement of profit, productivity, performance, safety, quality and growth targets across the organisation;
Work closely with the executive team to foster a strong culture of success and inclusion;
Oversee initiatives to ensure appropriate staff attraction, retention and development strategies are in place;
Develop and implement strategies and processes to deliver operational targets in line with strategic business plan
