The Home Care service program manages, administers and delivers in-home support services to aging clients to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.
About Your New Role
Your new role as Home Care Service Employee, will see you provide tailored personal care and domestic assistance to clients within your local community covering almost every aspect of daily life.

You will deliver a range of services and support to your clients, including the following:

Perform domestic assistance duties such as cleaning, laundry and meal preparation

Carry out tailored personal duties including showering, feeding and toileting

Where appropriate provide more complex care to high-needs clients

Provide transportation to clients

Build and maintain strong relationships within the business and with clients

Adhere to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our clients safe.

About You
You will be passionate and empathetic to client needs and able to really develop exceptional rapport with your clients, by working hard to understand their well-being needs and to tailor your service to their care and lifestyle goals.
You will possess the following attributes, qualities and skills:

A warm, compassionate, customer focused manner

A current Australian Driver’s License and access to your own reliable vehicle

Previous experience working in Aged Care, Community Support and/or Disability Services would be highly regarded but is not essential

Experience working within a service industry with exceptional customer service skills and an attitude which ‘puts your clients first’.

A Certificate or qualification in Aged and Disability, Individual Support, Nursing or similar, either complete or in progress, would be advantageous but not essential.
