Job Details: Our client is a leading global property development group. This is an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join their Finance Team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has their accounting qualifications (CA/CPA) underway. Reporting to their Australian Finance manager, primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Preparation of monthly accounts
AP/AR
BAS reporting
Fixed asset register
General ledger/ trial balance duties
Balance sheet reconciliations
Month end duties
As hoc tasks as required
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and possess the following key attributes:

Degree in Accountancy and ideally a CPA/CA Australia underway
Ideal experience in Real Estate / Property Development Company / Overseas accounts experience will be an added advantage
Sun Systems experience will be an added advantage
Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience in a similar role
Some audit experience will be an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Meticulous in numbers and documentation
Able to meet deadlines
Committed, Initiative, responsible, flexible, proactive and positive attitude
Dynamic, work independently and self-motivated with good interpersonal and coordinating skills
