About the role
We are seeking a vibrant, experienced, skilled self-starter who is passionate, driven and motivated. This role will Administer and run CCA’s Social support programs including Medical Transport and Social groups. You will be working for a busy, non-profit community organization that has been providing services to frail aged/ disability clients for over 50 years.
Key Responsibilities:
To effectively plan, maintain, evaluate and implement quality improvements to CCA’s Medical Transport service.
To effectively plan, maintain evaluate and implement quality improvements to CCA’s Social Support groups.
To plan and manage volunteers’ roster for CCA’s Medical Transport service and Social Support groups.
To train, manage and supervise volunteers for CCA’s Medical Transport service and Social Support groups.
Manage and maintain positive relationships with volunteers.
Provide quality client management including acquisition, intake and retention.
To collect data and maintain paperwork, database and case notes accurately.
To promote the program within the community and to other service providers and attend organisational meetings.
To support, advise or refer walk in clients.
To support clients to access My Aged Care.
To undertake a variety of administrative tasks as well as assist in a relief capacity during staff leave.
To assist ADS Manager in the day to day operation of the ADS Program.
Adhere to all relevant funding regulations, WHS, food safety and CCA policies.
Actively participate in fundraising activities.

Essential criteria:
Experience in result driven planning, prioritising and organising work within a set timetable and in
an environment of change and conflicting demands.
A good working knowledge and experience in the NDIS or aged care sector.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and other stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to influence others and implement practical solutions.
Proven skills and knowledge in group facilitation.
Knowledge of evidenced based and outcome driven programs.
Budgeting skills.
Driver’s license and access to a car.
You will be proficient in the use of technology and systems including Microsoft Office suite, Client Management systems and other online platforms.
Demonstrable ability to work in a team and independently.
Desirable criteria:
Cantonese, Mandarin or Korean language skills a benefit but not essential.
