Administration Officer Required for Immediate Start!

Your new role
The successful applicant will provide a high level of administration and general support to the onsite Health, Safety, Environment and Quality team.
Your duties may include but is not limited to;
Data Collection
Records management
Company policy and compliance auditing
Managing all site queries and maintaining client and contractor relationships
Calendar/meeting management as well as travel and accommodation bookings
Photocopying, binding, stationary orders, update of site phone list, update notice boards as required
Maintaining project costs through spreadsheets
Assist with daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements
General office/administrative duties
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have high administration experience.
Highly valued experience and attributes include:
Site or Civil Admin experience or exposure
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent data entry
The ability to meet deadlines and prioritise
Previous experience with Health and Safety reporting or auditing
Previous experience working in a HSEQ administrator environment would be advantageous but not required.
