Job Summary: This role is responsible for providing accurate information to current and prospective clients of the company through reception and sound administrative support to the day to day operations of the organisation. The Administration Officer will undertake a variety of tasks to assist students, clients, operational and other team members, and the management team and CEO.

Job Details: Manage telephone and email enquiries from clients, community groups, organizations, industry groups, students and government agencies.
Assisting senior management and the CEO with administrative duties to support the daily business operations of the AILC.
Greet, assist and/or direct learners, visitors, clients and the general public in a professional and friendly manner.
Complete allocated tasks to assist with the implementation of marketing plans.
Assist with preparing documentation, presentations, publications etc as required.
Provide secretarial support to internal meetings (including staff meetings) through circulating agendas, taking and distributing minutes and ensuring invitations are up to date.
Be timely and confident handling customer enquiries via telephone, email and the enquiries register.
Perform daily administration duties including the management of incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining office supplies and general filing.
Co-ordinate the maintenance of the photocopiers/printers and other office IT equipment as required.
