Phone liaising with insurance companies
Implementation of OH&S and compliance documentation
Job Details:
Preparation of all accounts Receivable & Payable.
Preparation of Payroll and regular review audits.
Banking Reconciliations with supporting documentation and process related journal entries for EOM, quarterly and yearly accounts.
Maintain and manage petty cash.
Provide adequate secretarial support to Director.
Handle customer calls and or complaints.
Liaise with customers including vehicle handovers upon repairs completion and inspections & videoing upon vehicle arrivals.
Periodic and annual calculation and reconciliation of various business taxes & charges inclusive of PAYG, Superannuation and Work Cover.
Preparation of BAS/IAS Statements and submissions to ATO.
