Job Summary: Ongoing temporary role | Part of a Global Pharmaceutical ASAP start | Rydalmere location | Full-time Monday to Friday Hourly rate negotiable depending on experience | Accounts Payable focus Our client is a subsidiary of a major Pharmaceutical player with local and international presence. This assignment has come about as a result of leave cover and project support resulting from a major ERP upgrade.

Job Details: Based in Rydalmere, you will work closely with one other Accounts Payable Officer top support the local payables function. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for however not limited to -
Process supplier invoices
Scanning and archiving
Accounts Payable – 3-way matching
Processing Employee expenses
Handling Accounts Payable inquiries
Update Master Data in readiness for system migration
Ad hoc administration duties

To be successful, you will have -
Accounts Payable experience
You have a flexible attitude and happy to roll your sleeves up and be a team player
Ready and available to commit to a short term assignment
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
